We are seeking an organised and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team at our Edinburgh Park location in South Australia. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our facilities operate smoothly, supporting day-to-day operations and coordinating maintenance activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is keen to contribute to the efficient management of our facilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate daily facilities operations, including maintenance schedules and service requests
- Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Manage work orders, track progress, and update maintenance records
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvements and upgrades
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Provide administrative support to the facilities management team, including reporting and documentation
**About You**:
- Proven experience in facilities coordination or a related role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards
- Must be an Australian citizen
