**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an outbound sales representative, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- High level of motivation and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Contract
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $43,321.30 - $92,947.93 per year
