Founded in 2002, Outback Imaging (EzeScan) is an Australian-owned software research and development company. It has become an industry leader in data capture and business process automation solutions in Australia.

We are growing and need more employees to join our team here in Australia. We are currently looking for new technical support specialists to join our team in Brisbane. The role involves implementing our various software solutions for business process automation, data capture, invoice capture and digital transformation solutions.

In this role you will be required to:

- Provide software installation, configuration, training and documentation services for our clients.
- Provide pre-sales support to our Sales team to help them win new business.
- Provide support and training to our resellers.
- Attend some trade shows and conferences.
- Previously employed in an IT support role.
- Knowledge of data capture techniques related to finding, extracting and manipulating data on supplier invoices.
- Knowledge of how a cloud based Electronic Document management system is used when storing business documents and the terminology used when dealing with such systems (e.g. SharePoint)
- Knowledge of how a cloud based Financial System is used for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoice processing and the terminology used when dealing with such systems (e.g TechnologyOne Financials, Xero)
- Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Porcess Automation), with the skills to develop and compile small programs or scripts to help automate business tasks.
- Sound knowledge of SQL and how to troubleshoot issues.
- Knowledge of regex programming. would be great.
- Experience with delivering and supporting cloud and web service technologies (Azure and /or AWS) would be great.

- You enjoy building small programs or widgets to make things work better.
- You are not scared to pull your PC to pieces to fix or upgrade it.
- You're a self-starter, driven to be the best at what you do.
- With an outgoing personality with a positive, friendly 'can-do' attitude.
- Well organised, with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
- Good communication skills to help maintain an excellent relationship with our clients.
- Passionate about helping people.

Most customer work is performed remotely without going to customer sites, however there still could be up to 25 days of travel per annum within Australia, and sometimes in New Zealand.

1 week of comprehensive EzeScan product training will be provided in Brisbane to you on commencement of your employment with us.

**Salary**: From $80,000 to $120,000 per year (inclusive of Superannuation Guarantee payment) dependent on your skill level and experience level.
