**Experienced Administration & Customer Service Officer required.**
Our Morningside based manufacturing business requires a part time Administration Officer (25 - 32 hrs)
**Your main responsibilities and duties will include**:
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Payroll
- BAS, PAYG, Super
- Payroll Tax
- Communicating with Accountant where required
- Bank Reconciliations
- General office and administration duties including filing and record management
- Weekly reporting
- Invoicing and debt recovery
- Purchasing
- Interacting with customers
- Dispatch
- Inventory Management
**To be considered for this role you will require the following experience**:
- Advanced skills in MYOB & Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be organised and have strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a strong focus on delivering a high level of service
- Ability to do things on your own and be confident in all aspects of work required.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-32 per week
**Salary**: $998.32 - $1,546.34 per week
