About the role

This is a full-time Customer Service - Admin Assistant role based in Morningside, QLD, part of the vibrant and growing Brisbane Plumbing and Drainage business. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our plumbing and drainage operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries and bookings in a friendly and professional manner
  • Scheduling and coordinating customer appointments and service calls
  • Providing administrative support such as data entry, filing, and general office duties
  • Liaising with our plumbers and technicians to ensure customer needs are met
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer records and job details
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with our clients

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the plumbing or trades industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the team
