**The Company**
My client is a well-known and trusted supplier of pool and spa equipment with a wide range of pumps, filters and much more on offer. Their products is known for reliability, dependability, performance & quality. Due to continuous business growth, they now require the assistance of a sales professional in Sydney to manage reseller accounts across NSW.
**The Role**
We're on the lookout for an ambitious people leader who will be a key member of the sales team, who will carry out direct accountability in developing and implementing territory sales plan to meet and exceed sales objectives.
You will focus on a set group of resellers, selling the whole range of pool products (Pumps, chemicals, filtration) across NSW. Stand as the local face of the business in building client relationships whilst becoming a trusted advisor to your clients. You will increase market share by sourcing and developing business opportunities with new resellers.
- Minimum of 3 years experience within the Spa & Pool Industry
- Highly focused on exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong selling, planning, execution and decision-making skills is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure.
