Full time, 76 hours per fortnight located in Perth city.

HOPE has been a provider of community services in Western Australia for over 120 years, providing much needed support for people in the areas of alcohol and other drugs, mental health, justice and family and domestic violence.

**About the Opportunity**

The team is located in Perth.

A centralised contract management function ensures:

- Optimal advantage is taken of contract opportunities as they arise
- Optimal efficiency of contract administration
- Compliance to contractual obligations and requirements
- Contract disputes are most likely to be resolved optimally for HOPE and HOPE’s clients.

The Contracts team:

- Negotiates the attainment and continuation of contract opportunities.
- Ensures effective management and administration of those contracts through technical expertise and effective relationship management.
- Supports managers in the fulfillment of their contract obligations.

Supports managers to ensure service partners are delivering on their contract obligations.

**About you**:

- Degree in commerce, business law, business or similar.
- 5-years’ experience in community service sector and contract management.
- Demonstrated experience in contract review, negotiation, preparation and administration.

**Desirable criteria**:

- Progress towards or attainment of a higher degree in Degree in commerce, business law, business or similar.
- Experience in the community services sector.
