**The Role**:

- **Working locations: Canley Heights**:

- Facilitating all NDIS admin work, including booking and billing.
- Follow up the budget with support coordinator/case manager for new referrals.
- Calculate budget and allocate the amounts by the different services and ensure the correct support item and support category matches the NDIS Price Guide.
- Prepare service agreements for participants.
- Create the service bookings on the NDIS portal if participant is NDIA (Agency -Managed).
- Audit and maintain the spreadsheet for any inactive cases. Liaise with provider/participant to re-book or find out any issues about the case.
- Follow up the Comprehensive Report with the provider for plan review - call the support coordinator and participant to re-engage the service after plan review. Work out a revised budget for the new NDIS plan.
- Check with NDIS team for any new contracts. Work out the service rates and create the billing codes on Nookal.
- Generate invoice and update invoice for any incorrect billing code.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proficient Computer literacy - able to easily learn and use MS Office and online systems.
- Previous skills in using medical and allied health software.
- Previous experience in allied health or demonstrated understanding of NDIS administration an advantage.
- Cultural awareness and foreign language capabilities an advantage.
- Essential to have drivers license and own vehicle.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
