What You'll Do:
- Handle client enquiries and intakes
- Assist daily operations across multiple service areas
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff shift follow-ups
- Manage documentation and ensure compliance with policies & regulations
- Be first point of contact for participants and staff
- Support reporting, planning, communication, and invoicing
- Cold calling, follow-ups, intake coordination, and event support
About You:
- Some experience in business administration preferred
- Confident with computers, spreadsheets, and phone communication
- Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn and improve daily
- Police check required (covered by host)
- Driver's license desirable; on-site parking available
Hours:
Monday to Wednesday, 9:00am – 4:30pm (22.5 hrs/week)
Study:
Complete Certificate III in Business Administration
