We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Assistant, to join a small administrative team for an Aged Care facility in Avondale Heights on a full-time, on-site basis. This role will be Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

To be successful for this role you will have the following:

- Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
- Administrative skills and initiative
- Previous rostering experience (healthcare or Aged Care specific experience desirable but not essential)
- Proficient data entry and computer use including MS Office and roster management software (desirable, not essential)
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a flexible and team orientated approach
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Willingness to learn
- Strong organisational and time management skills

As this role is in an Aged Care environment, you will need to be fully vaccinated and be willing to obtain either a police check or NDIS Workers screening check.
