- This role is to enhance the value of Sandoz drug portfolio and out-licensing opportunities via leading and developing external alliance agreements and assisting in closing business deals and contributing to decision making. Value creation by seeking, structuring, negotiating and managing collaborative arrangements with partner companies. Responsible for providing financial and strategic insights and contributing to long term forecasting and strategic planning.
- Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Assist in the execution of the organization’s BD&L strategies and plans.
- Support Business Development Manager in BD operational activities.
- Take lead to complete requirements of Global BD process steps in timely and efficient (e.g. ESO,SPC).
- Good understanding of the business development playbook and to ensure smooth business development process is followed and work closely with region and global teams
- Hands on working in relevant systems & tools like Sanity
- Work closely with Marketing, commercial and Finance teams to arrive at Forecasts & prepare business cases.
- Close alignment with relevant stakeholders like Portfolio, Regulatory etc.
- Support day to day project management, resource allocation, managing across matrixed functions, timeline adherence, internal & external communications and working effectively in x-functional teams

**Minimum requirements**
- What you’ll bring to the role:
- Tertiary qualification in Scientific, Economics or Business Degree
- Project management and business mindset
- Collaborating across boundaries
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry
- Good interpersonal skills
- At least 3 years working experience in similar industry or field
