This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sydney-based specialist with a strong background in law firm/professional services BD & Marketing. In this role, you will be part of a global firm with a robust APAC BD team and a rapidly expanding Australia footprint. As the main point person in Sydney, you will be working with a collaborative and supportive team on the ground and across its Australia offices, leveraging the firm's proven industry expertise and infrastructure. This position also provides a unique opportunity for extensive face-to-face interaction with partners, enabling you to make an immediate impact.

Your responsibilities will include identifying potential opportunities, formulating and implementing business development strategies, and playing a crucial role in nurturing client growth and targeted initiatives. This will involve a combination of business development and marketing activities, managing client relationships, organising events, preparing bids and RFP responses, and developing materials to enhance the firm's profile.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience in a law firm or professional services setting
- Efficiently manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
- Proactive self-starter who can work independently, taking initiative and ownership of projects
- Proficiency in handling the full mix of BD & Marketing activities
