**Purpose**:We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven graduate to join our Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business based in Macquarie Park.

**The role**:This is a three-year fixed term graduate role with potential to transition to a permanent role with BD. This role will ideally suit a proactive graduate who is seeking to kick start their career in Medical Devices.

Medication Management Solutions (MMS) believes that everything begins with and centres around the patient. Everyone from the pharmacy technician to the nurse at the bedside face thousands of decisions every day that can impact the safety of both their patients and themselves.

We believe that by looking beyond technologies at the entire system of medication management processes and policies, and by establishing a culture of safety, together we can achieve better outcomes and reduce the chance of medication errors.

We focus on solutions to help hospitals and health systems improve patient safety, reduce the cost of medication management, and manage medications across the care continuum.

This hands-on role will allow you to spend time in each area of the MMS business. As you gain an exposure to commercial activities and an insight to the focus of each team, you can determine which career path you want to take under the guidance of your BD mentor.
- Marketing - complement your degree with additional formal training in marketing as you support the commercial marketing team, implementing marketing plans, including campaigns, digital communications, and stakeholder engagement
- Sales - You will be partnering with existing customers and establishing new relationships with an aim to grow the BD market share under the guidance of our BD Account Managers and Clinical & Implementation team

**About you**:

- You have recently completed a degree in Health Science, Business, Nursing, Science or related field (within last two years)
- Strong organisational/time management skills and ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- 'Can do' attitude
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to enjoy finding solutions
- Willingness to extend yourself beyond your scope
- Comfortable with technology & display a willingness to learn
