We ideate and create for brands looking to partner with entertainment festivals and events and build out and deliver physical or digital activations.

Aeroplane sits within the Bolster Group of brands, and works closely with the Bolster team which enables us to deliver end-to-end culture marketing campaigns for our clients, with all services under one roof.

**Role Purpose**

We’re looking for a passionate, creative and detail-oriented human to join our growing Aeroplane team as Partnerships Account Manager. This is a newly created role that offers fantastic opportunities for growth and development and the chance to collaborate with experienced leaders. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing brand partners. They will help bring sponsorship deals to life through festivals and events, and ensure the implementation is smooth from concept to delivery.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- End-to-end client relationship management
- Lead the execution of partnership deals once the agreements and foundations of partnerships are in place
- Oversee and manage all touchpoints of a campaign/project journey, ensuring all key milestones are executed in a timely manner
- Maintain project profitability from scoping to completion phases
- Ensure client expectations are exceeded, and projects delivered on time and on budget
- Create and take ownership of processes to streamline the sales-to-delivery journey
- Deliver creative solutions and new ideas to partners
- Represent Aeroplane in client meetings and be able to talk to all parts of the business
- Work swiftly to identify and solve problems with client relationships and project deliverables
- Develop ways of nurturing and retaining clients on-going
- Contribute towards ways to refine the process to make the experience as smooth and easy as possible with clients
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, suppliers, media and other agencies
- Attend industry events and use time out to meet with people and build relationships
- Develop proposals and liaise with creatives to build ideas and offerings for clients
- Develop agreements and contracts for partnerships
- Build and foster strong relationships to enable renewal partnerships with a brand and industry clients
- Identify and pursue new biz opportunities

**About You**
- Exposure to media/event/partnerships/agency environment or similar
- Have had experience in client account management and have been part of a team managing successful client implementation, including the ability to find solutions to any challenges
- Good understanding of brand partnerships
- An understanding and love of music and other cultural pillars that our clients sit within
- Excellent communication and people skills with a knack for building relationships
- Love being autonomous and self-motivated in your roles, and keep yourself organised
- Desire to be a part of a growing business and benefit from the opportunities that come with that growth
- You understand tight timelines and are able to turn around projects on time and to the deadline
- A positive outlook - you see opportunities where others see obstacles
- A bonus but not essential - previous experience in sales & partnerships/business development roles
