**The Role**:
Atollon is a dynamic creative studio specialising in dynamic brands and websites. We’re looking for an **Account Manager** to help us manage projects, build strong client relationships, and keep everything running smoothly. If you love organisation, problem-solving, and creative collaboration, this is the role for you.
Experience and Qualifications
- 2+ years in account or project management within a creative, branding, or digital agency
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Streamtime)
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a keen eye for detail and a passion for client success
- Marketing background would be an asset but not a strict requirement.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Manage project schedules, setup, and workflow coordination
- Keep clients informed with regular timeline updates
- Prepare project briefs and oversee production management and quoting
- Handle invoicing, budget tracking, and retainer management
- Assist in proposals and identifying new opportunities
- Manage social media scheduling and content planning
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
