Advanced Buildings are an established construction and restoration business with offices Nationally in NSW, the ACT, VIC and QLD. We are one of Australia's most trusted and experienced Insurance Building and Repair providers and we specialise in Insurance Repair and Strata work involving large and technical projects. We have long established relationships with Australia's major Insurance Companies and Loss Adjusters.

We are currently looking for a Head of Client to join the Executive Leadership Team. Reporting to the CEO, this role will be responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining strategic business relationships and coordinating all customer facing initiatives.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Strengthening the commercial value of current client relationships and panel contracts
- Devising strategies for driving growth across the business
- Creating a culture of persistent focus on the customer in the actions the company takes
- Creating a consistent customer experience across all areas of service delivery
- Establishing and oversee effective CRM system
- Procure appropriate dashboards and profiling to guide targeted marketing efforts for existing and new business
- The key contact for National customer accounts
- Negotiating contracts with customers
- Oversee the production of appropriate marketing materials and tools to support business teams
- Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery
- Engaging the organisation in managing customer expectations

**As an ideal applicant you will possess**:

- Insurance industry knowledge
- A relevant degree or qualification
- Pipeline development and strategic planning experience and skills
- Excellent communication skills
