- Hybrid role looking after a wide array of IT resources
- Paying up to $180,000 + super + bonus + LTI

One of our clients in the hospitality industry is hiring a brand new leadership role into their business, a Head of IT. As the new Head of IT, you will sit on the SLT heading up a small IT team of one of the biggest players in the hospitality business. You will have the opportunity to run a cross functional team that includes infrastructure, support & software engineers.

This role will have a lot of variation, from managing a team of software engineers dedicated to building and supporting a custom app that has 800k users and processes $100m worth of transactions yearly, to working with level 1-3 support.

This role will be a Hybrid role, however with the majority of the time being onsite, and you must be prepared to travel.

**Experience**
- Working with modern workplace technologies, such as M365
- Experience managing a cross functional team of Engineers.
- Experience managing MSP's and Tender processes.
- Experience working with customer data platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills
