**Description**:
Reporting to the National Operations Manager - Network Business, as Client Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our clients, coordinate our work order management hub, and provide exceptional customer service and support to the operations team and our service partners nationally.

The role is offered as an initial 12 month Fixed term contract and is located in our Head Office in Port Melbourne.

What you will be doing to ensure a smooth, informed and enjoyable experience for all clients and stakeholders:

- Maintain an excellent level of verbal and written communications with clients and stakeholders
- Identify process efficiencies and manage all day-to-day activities for the Helpdesk
- Respond to all queries, complaints, and challenges in a calm, professional and courteous way
- Process quote requests, work orders, mark ups and variations in consultation with Client Relationship Managers and their teams
- Distribute Communication Books, QR Posters and Periodical Forms to sites
- Administration of client induction portals and team member clearances
- Update and maintain live databases/systems to ensure the accuracy of information
- Collaborate and contribute as an effective member of the Network Enablement and Network Business Teams
- Establish a regular reporting rhythm to support operations and assist with any ad hoc projects on request

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer relationship and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and think clearly in a variety of situations
- A positive “can do” attitude
- Ability to work with a flexible approach
- Excellent coordination skills with the ability to anticipate, interpret and react to schedule changes
- Ability to contribute and work well within a team
- Confident with making quick, competent decisions without supervision
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel would be well regarded
- Fully vaccinated in COVID-19 - essential
- 3 - 5 years in an administration / coordination / customer support role, ideally in the facility management, construction, educational, health care or aged care living sectors
