Allura Partners are partnering exclusively with a high growth eCommerce agency in recruiting a Head of Client Services. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the senior leadership team during a period of growth, this role reports directly to the GM and you’d be responsible for managing the day to day & operational client side.

**The Head of Client Services is responsible for 3 key areas**:

- Client relationship maintenance and retention including leading customer success
- Pursuing new opportunities & clients
- Strategic development

**About you**:

- 10+ years in client management within an agency including eCommerce experience
- Excellent commercial acumen
- Outstanding communication skills, you’ll be integral in building new relationships with clients
- Work in collaboration with PM’s to deliver all outputs
- Work with clients to build out strategies
- Financial management responsibilities include monthly projections and billing, monthly budget review with clients
- Providing oversight and guidance on current work while also aggressively pursuing new opportunities
