As part of their ongoing commitment to modernization and efficiency, this **Federal Government department** is seeking a skilled and dedicated **ICT Logistics Support Officer** to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformation of our business capabilities supported by legacy ICT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requests and propose effective solutions to meet business requirements.
- Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.
- Resolve usability, customization, and connectivity issues.
- Receive, verify, and process purchase requests, ensuring accuracy in records.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, representing the work area in internal and external meetings and conferences.
- Communicate professionally and effectively.
- Contribute to doctrine, election preparation, and delivery activities in accordance with the election readiness framework.
- Perform additional duties or assume responsibilities as directed.
- Availability to work outside of standard business hours during electoral events.

Must Have Skills/Experience:

- Knowledge and experience working with and supporting IT systems, services, and processes.
- Ability to coordinate simple procurements of standard services or "commercial-off-the-shelf" (COTS) items.
- Proficiency in coordinating the packaging, shipping, collection, auditing, and tracking of goods and assets.
- Capability to contribute to logístical planning, stocking, and disposal operations.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully complete allocated tasks and deliver quality results.
- Proven communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders and assist in issue resolution.
- Strong analytical and research abilities, with the capability to report findings and identify opportunities for business efficiency improvement.
- Demonstrated personal integrity in achieving results within legislative and policy parameters.

Desirable:

- Knowledge and experience working within logistics systems and processes.
- Familiarity with an ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) environment.
