**The Opportunity**

Our client is running a broad program of work that is translating business vision and strategies into effective enterprise change with a specific emphasis on the modernisation of business capabilities supporting legacy ICT systems.

You will be responsible for undertaking work that is moderately complex in nature and utilising functional expertise within the area of ICT support.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Receive, check, and process purchase requests and verify incoming and outgoing goods against the records systems.
- Create and maintain records with a strict degree of accuracy.
- Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.
- Volume of duties significantly increases during seasonal periods, and
- Request to undertake work outside of standard business hours during these busy cycles.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Knowledge of, and experience working with and supporting IT systems, services, and processes.
- Ability to conduct simple logístical functions such as: contribute to logístical planning, stocking, and disposal operations.
- Ability to coordinate simple procurements of standard services or "commercial-off-the-shelf" (COTS) items where routines, methods and procedures are well established.
- Great communication skills.
