We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Officer to join our team. As an IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for hardware and software systems. You will also play a vital role in maintaining effective stakeholder relationships and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze business requests and provide solutions to meet the requirements.
- Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.
- Resolve usability, customization, and connectivity issues.
- Receive, process, and verify purchase requests and goods.
- Maintain accurate records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Represent the work area at internal and external meetings and conferences.
- Communicate professionally and effectively.
- Contribute to doctrine, election preparation, and delivery activities.
- Perform additional duties or assume responsibilities as directed.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge and experience working with and supporting IT systems, services, and processes.
- Ability to coordinate simple procurements and logístical functions.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to deliver quality results and work with stakeholders.
- Personal integrity and adherence to legislative and policy parameters.
- Desirable: Knowledge of logistics systems, ITIL environment experience.

- Other Requirements: Political neutrality, Australian citizenship, Full Australian Driver's License.
