An exciting opportunity exists for a talented individual to join the Operations and Business Technology Branch, as ICT Analyst at the Department of Government Services.
Reporting to the Manager, Infrastructure and Service Delivery, the ICT Analyst works to resolve all incident and service requests raised by staff across the department.
The responsibilities of the Operations and Business Technology Branch (OBT) include developing strategies and providing advice, guidance and services to the department in relation to digital technology and communications, ICT Project Management Office (PMO), information security, information and records management, accommodation, workplace and environmental management, and fleet and chauffeur services.
As the ICT Analyst, you will deliver ICT services to stakeholders including the audit, provision and disposal of hardware with a focus on customer satisfaction. Contributing to the delivery of ICT projects and process optimisation with a view to improving service levels, removing IT complexity, and simplifying systems will also be an essential requirement of this role.
Please note that a relevant ICT tertiary qualification and/or a Certification in ITIL is highly desirable for this role.
