The Partners team plays a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities at Eightcap. This includes exploring potential partnerships with Introducing brokers, Affiliates, and Influencers. Identifying strategic partnership acquisition strategies and seeking collaborations that can contribute to the growth and success of the business. It also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring both parties benefit from the alliance.

Successful relationship management can lead to long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.

Purpose of the Position

Eightcap has an exciting opportunity for a sales and business development-focused professional. The role focuses on supporting and maintaining business-to-business relationships with industry partners such as educators, influencers, and digital affiliates to increase Eightcap's share of referral wallet in the market.

To be successful in the role, you will require well developed sales skills, be adept at developing and maintaining business relationships, and have a passion for providing the best client experience to our partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Being the central point of contact for all partner related inquiries
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to fulfill partner outcomes such as marketing material development, webinar hosting, partner's campaigns
- Responding to partner enquiries in a timely manner
- Assisting with the resolution of partner related issues
- Supporting campaign fulfillment via the calculation of partner and client commissions / benefits
- Reporting on partner metrics and generating reports for the wider business
- Contributing to the general smooth operation of the partners department
- Role modelling the values of the Company, and obliging by the work, health, safety and wellbeing policies and practices in the execution of this role

What skills/experience are we looking for?

Essential
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
- Demonstrated at least one year of relationship management experience
- Can-do attitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly

Desirable
- A passion for delivering a superior client experience
- Customer service experience is desired
- High attention to detail with strong organistional skills
