There is now an immediate requirement for a People Partner to join this high performing HR team.
This is an amazing opportunity to work in a high-calibre team, as one of the more senior members, to collaborate with other senior HR professionals, and to partner with senior leaders and executives, working across the entire employee life cycle.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Broad generalist HR experience as a HR business partner;
- Previous experience supporting, consulting, and advising senior leaders in large, fast-paced, and commercial environments;
- Strong collaboration and consultation & coaching skills;
- Ability to manage multiple competing projects and timelines;
- Ability to build relationships and influence leaders and manage expectations across the brand effectively;
- Highly effective stakeholder, vendor, and project management skills;
- Ability to work in an ambiguous and at times unstructured environment;
- Develop and implement continuous optimisation of HR policy and process and HR compliance;
- Providing support and advice to the team to reduce risk to the business;
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of relevant employment legislation, industrial and employee relations laws and keep up to date with any legislation changes as required;
- Work with the Head of HR to develop commercial goals and projects to align with overall business strategy and innovation within the industry;
- Respond to and manage complex team member complaints and workplace investigations to achieve best practice outcomes;
- Identify, develop, and facilitate HR-related learning and development initiatives;
- Work with engagement, retention, and also organisational cultural initiatives that raise capability across the business;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
