With reach into over 20 countries, this charity-based Not for Profit organisation is focussed on evolving their culture and developing the capability that will continue to support and drive their expanding cause globally and well into the future.
Reporting directly to the CPO, the HR Business Partner (People Partner) will play a key role in developing and leading a broad range of initiatives to support this next phase of the organisation’s strategy. In an environment where new ideas and innovative thinking is welcomed, this role will provide you with the opportunity to achieve real impact across the business.
With dedicated responsibility for the global portfolios of Marketing, Fundraising and Growth, the People Partner will drive outcomes and challenge the business - enabling a forward-thinking approach to this new and positive phase of transformation.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Partner with the CPO and broader People team in the development and delivery of a full remit of Business Partnering - including; org change, L&D, engagement, ER, leadership development, D&EI and strategic workforce planning
- Support the implementation of relevant talent frameworks that underpin the organisation’s future capability need
- Lead and collaborate on a variety of generalist and specialist people projects and solutions across a broad portfolio - with a particular focus on culture and engagement, capability, D&EI and Values
You will join a global team and engage with a range of established and new leaders and stakeholders in bringing their new people strategy to life.
We will be looking for the following:
- Broad HR generalist experience as an HR Business Partner as well as demonstrated experience in specialist areas that could include culture, talent, organisational development, design, or D&I
- Previous experience leading change and transformation objectives as an HRBP - leading the development and action-planning with senior stakeholders, managing org design and restructure activities
- Capability to support and lead both operational and strategic delivery, experience in managing a continuous improvement environment and proactively seeking opportunities to build a future-focussed people function
This organisation offers a flexible, hybrid working environment and will also consider part-time (4 days/week).
