We have a career defining opportunity for an experienced Executive Search leader to lead the A/NZ search business. This is a key role on our global leadership team that will ensure that our reputation as the leading healthcare executive search firm across Asia Pacific continues to go from strength to strength.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Australia and New Zealand Search business, including people and performance, financial and operational process management and client engagement
  • Accountable for managing the P&L across A/NZ
  • Leadership of our global research team, strategic partnerships, delivery and oversight of marketing and operations
  • Lead national client engagement and oversee the delivery of executive searches
  • Business Development and growth, engaging new healthcare clients across A/NZ
  • Build and cultivate a strong culture where our team can thrive and develop under your leadership

Your week could be working to deliver a group CEO search, pitching for work with a new or existing client, providing strategic guidance for our global research team and working with our group executives on growth targets and deliverables. You truly will have a Managing Partner role in contemporary search firm that believes in doing things differently and, above all, with purpose.

We are looking for a Partner with depth of experience in leading retained executive searches, ideally with experience and knowledge of the healthcare market. Your background can be working with global search firms or boutique, the essential factor is Board and C-Suite level exposure in search mandates and experience leading teams. The role requires a leader with a high level of emotional intelligence, who is motivated by growing business, building exceptional relationships and exceeding client and candidate expectations as the premier global search partner in healthcare.
