**About the role**

Joining the People & Culture team of a market leading industrial organisation on an initial 3 month contract (with a very strong potential for permanency), this Business Partner role will work closely with 3 different State GM’s and their respective leadership teams across VIC/SA/WA to support the employee lifecycle within this 300 strong industrial customer group.

Located in Hawthorn (WFH on offer 2 days per week) and reporting into the Head of Business Partnering, this role will enjoy leveraging the expertise of a COE model (P&C Services, L&OD, TA, Rem & Ben, Payroll, Safety) - a true team environment.

While the role will have a strong operational support focus there will also be an ongoing focus on employee engagement - feeding into this will include retention and attraction strategies such as EVP, Talent Succession and Capability Development.

**About you**
- While we’re very open to your background, experience within an industrial/manufacturing/supply chain/blue collar environment would fit well with the business and customer group that the role will be supporting.
- You are a natural problem solver and relationship builder who can get to the core of the matter on hand and work with relevant stakeholders (across all levels) to find a solution.
- Your experience as an end-to-end HR Business Partner will mean that you can easily navigate multiple priorities from both a strategic and operational perspective.

Please note that while this contract will be supporting a dispersed customer group across VIC/SA/WA, there is no expectation for travel in this initial 3 month contract period.
