With an inspiring Chief People Officer at the helm and a focus on building the future culture, capability and talent to align with transformation and growth objectives, the business is now two years into an exciting three-year strategy.
Reporting to the Head of People Experience, the HR Business Partner will support either the Investments portfolio or the enablement functions (e.g., technology, legal, risk). You will also spend a small part of each week delivering on the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing strategy and program of work, including managing the new psychosocial hazards legislation.
Success in the role will mean you need you to bring demonstrated business partnering experience ideally from within the financial services sector or through directly supporting finance and/or investment stakeholder groups. You will also have proven capability in supporting senior stakeholders in a practical and sustained manner, guiding and influencing on a broad range of outcomes. Resourcefulness and the ability to lean into ambiguity will also be key - as the organisation continues its transformation you will need to be comfortable working in an operationally fluid environment.
You will have the opportunity to work 1-2 days/week from home, 3-4 days/week in their CBD-based office.
