What we have on offer for you:
We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Consultant to join our team. Reporting to our General Manager, you will be responsible for speaking to our customers across Australia, answering their queries and helping to resolve their technical problems. While providing support in the form of resolving issues is an important part of this role, the more important aspect is maintaining customer relationships. You don’t need to have all the answers. Part of your role will be to triage and document issues for escalation to our expert technical team.

While you will certainly spend some time on calls, this is not a call centre role, and you will have time to follow through on issues.

- Outstanding customer service experience from within a retail or call centre environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer enquiries
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- Active listening skills with the ability to empathise
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure
- Ability to negotiate positive outcomes for customers
- Great attention to detail
- A true passion for exceeding customers’ expectations

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Port Melbourne, VIC 3207: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
