Melbourne, Australia Personal Finance Consultant Full time

NOW Finance is an Australia-owned, specialist provider of personal loans to customers looking for a fee-free, value-for-money finance solution.

We’re looking for great sales talent to join our growing Direct Sales Team. As a Personal Loan Consultant, you’ll be providing exceptional customer service whilst delivering an exceptional fee-free personal loan product.

You’ll ideally have experience in a sales environment (retail, hospitality or call centre) and be open to developing your sales talent in the consumer finance sector.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Identify and act on customers’ needs and provide efficient, accurate and quality solutions, whilst upholding our company values and compliance requirements
- Make inbound and outbound sales calls (no cold calls or list calling)
- Have an understanding of finance and a keen interest in this sector
- Proactively build great customer relationships through excellent customer service

**Salary**: $66,771.00 per year
