**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Provide leadership and direction for workforce planning and capability strategies for a multi-disciplinary team of Nurses and Allied Health Practitioners to achieve alignment, enhancement and efficiency in the delivery of quality patient care and service. Represent and advocate for Allied Health at a facility/service level.
- Provide managerial leadership in collaboration work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team, particularly in collaboration with Discipline Directors, Allied Health Managers and Team Leaders / Operational Managers across the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure effective cooperation within and across work unit/s to enhance service delivery, quality outcomes and/or patient services.
- Advise senior management and other relevant stakeholders on service needs and initiatives to improve service organisation, operation and quality for Transition Care and CSRT.
