Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to document business requirements and objectives, ensuring clear understanding and documentation of business needs and expectations.

Analyze existing business processes, procedures, and work practices to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Recommend enhancements to achieve optimal operational efficiency.

Utilize project management methodologies and principles to create detailed project plans. Manage projects within allocated budgets and timelines, ensuring the efficient allocation and utilization of resources.

Develop comprehensive functional specifications that serve as a blueprint for system developers, ensuring that technical solutions meet business requirements.

Implement and manage system test plans to guarantee the quality and integrity of technology solutions, ensuring they meet specified standards before deployment.

Lead the creation and maintenance of user and training documentation. Deliver formal training sessions to end-users, facilitating a smooth transition to new systems or processes.

Employ data and process modeling techniques to develop clear and concise system specifications. These specifications guide the design and development of system software, aligning with business needs.

Act as a central point of reference within the project team, providing guidance, assistance, and decision-making support throughout the system development life cycle.

Work closely with users and IT personnel to design and implement functional improvements to websites, apps, and systems. This involves consulting with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating these into technical requirements.

Ensure that all solutions adopted, whether through creation or modification, align with business objectives and IT standards. This includes overseeing the deployment of functional solutions and monitoring their performance post-implementation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in business analysis, system analysis, or a related role.

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficient in data and process modeling techniques.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and guide users.

Knowledge of system testing and quality assurance best practices.

**Salary**: $72,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
