**The role**

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Program Manager will support the delivery of the Network Optimisation program of work by supporting the commercial team to ensure execution excellence.
- Program management of the Network Optimisation initiatives:

- Each initiative has a clearly defined scope, including objectives and quality outcomes.
- Program deliverables meet the team goals and objectives
- Proactive, timely and transparent communication to stakeholders at all levels with effective escalation management
- Managing the work output and coaching any resources allocated to the program.
- Change management to fully engage teams potentially impacted by, or impacting a change, including impact assessment, facilitation of development of knowledge transfer content and embedding of the changes.
- Post implementation reviews that measure outcomes against objectives and disseminate any key learning’s across the organisation

**What experience you’ll bring**
- Project Management Experience with evidence of successful business delivery.
- Demonstrated experience with managing multiple changes and projects.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Certified in a Formal Project Management Methodology (e.g. Agile Practitioner, Prince2 practitioner, PMI Project Management Professional) desirable, however, not essential
- Previous experience working within the Financial Services, Motor or Construction industry preferred, however, not required.
- Ability to travel interstate on an adhoc. Basis
