An exciting opportunity exists for a Program Manager within the Telecommunications and ICT Business Improvement portfolio where the Project Services team is responsible for delivering ICT initiatives for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. The Program Manager role will oversee the delivery of a large scale Digital Healthcare program of projects within a complex Information Management and Information and Communication Technology environment. This role will ensure their program is completed successfully within agreed performance criteria to enable enhanced health service delivery with a focus on the infrastructure program of works.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Lead a team of project management resources in delivery key projects including all facets of HR, performance, reporting, coaching and mentoring.
- Oversee the successful delivery of complex and high-risk projects to ensure project outcomes are achieved and enterprise solutions are delivered that are responsive to customer needs.
- Ensure project outcomes are achieved and project management capability is maintained within the Division by leading, managing and directing multi-disciplinary project team/s.
- Provide expert advice and strategic input into the development of project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with Queensland Health policies, strategies and architecture.
