**What you will be working on**:
Acting as an “agent of change”, the Analytics Manager is focused on driving data-led decisions across the organisation. This role will deliver analytics projects spanning multiple areas of the business, including data pipelines, data visualisation and advanced analytics, as per the data program roadmap.

This role will also work as a partner with key stakeholders, including our sales team, to provide business critical insights and strengthen internal data literacy capability, with a focus on self-serve tool development and adoption.

**Key responsibilities**:

- ** **Monitor performance, leveraging data from across the business, to identify current performance
- Translate data and reporting into actionable insights both overall and for specific business functions (i.e. marketing, product, service, sales) and B2R customers (i.e. Bunnings)
- Conduct requirements elicitation, analysis and translate these into technical requirements, with support from IT
- Support ad-hoc sales data analytics requests and serve as custodian to maintain data integrity
- Conduct user testing / UAT on key deliverables such as BI dashboards
- Manage the roll out of newly developed dashboards, analyses and processes
- Deliver training to build internal capability in collaboration with HR
- Support internal change management to support data culture shifts
- Contribute to the broader Data Strategy development and roadmap

**What you will bring**:

- ** **5+ years’ experience in leading business analysis or process improvements through leveraging key business analysis techniques (SWOT, Decision Modelling, Balanced Scorecard, Prototyping, etc)
- Exposure and understanding of data warehousing, engineering and ETL methodologies advantageous
- R or Python knowledge highly desirable
- Experience using data visualisation platforms (Qliksense, Power BI, Tableau, etc), flowchart software (Visio, Draw.io, etc) and Jira highly desirable
- Working knowledge of Data Governance and Privacy Principles across Australia and New Zealand
