**Responsibilities include**:
- Record day to day financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank feeds at the end of each month.
- Monitor financial transactions.
- Process account receivables/payable in a timely manner
- Handles confidential information in a professional manner.
- Effectively process employee payroll
- Report directly to director
**Key Requirements**
- **Proficient** in MYOB AccountRight (essential)
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Be able to process accounts, data and transactions with accuracy and precision.
- Great team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
- MYOB: 2 years (required)
