We're looking for a creative powerhouse who can help us tell our story, showcase our services, and build a strong digital community around our brand.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a multi-platform content strategy aligned with our brand goals
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (video, photo, written, and graphic) tailored to each platform
  • Manage and grow our social media presence, including posting, scheduling, and community engagement
  • Stay ahead of trends, algorithms, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and effective
  • Collaborate with our team to align content with campaigns, launches, and brand messaging
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to capture content and tell authentic stories
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights

Work Schedule

  • Part-time role: 3 days per week
  • Location: Based in our Mount Waverley office
  • Travel: Occasional travel to customer sites for content creation

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a content creator or social media manager
  • Deep understanding of all major platforms and their unique content styles
  • Strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and copywriting
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Passion for brand building and audience growth

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations
  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and blog content
  • Photography and videography skills
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio)
