**Your Opportunity**

This is a great opportunity for an energetic and confident Account Manager to join our professional, down to earth, and friendly team. You will thrive on providing an exceptional level of service to our customers.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts, ensuring sustainable profitable sales
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of profitable new business opportunities
- Contribute and participate in the branch sales team’s activities
- Participate in business improvement and training projects within the sales team
- Ensure customer expectations are exceeded while operating within the relevant pricing policy

**Your Skills & Attributes**:

- A desire to provide excellent customer service
- Solutions thinker, with good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer literacy with fast and accurate keyboard skills
- Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite
- Great at building relationships
- Experience selling into the building industry
