We are delighted to open our new 102 bed Aged Care home, Holy Cross, implementing the Inspirit model of care. To support this home we are looking for a talented Concierge to join our hospitality team.Reporting to the Hospitality Manager you will be the face of our new home, cr eating a welcoming environment and coordinating the delivery of personalised and enhanced services for residents and their families.

Typical activities will be

- Creating a welcoming and personable reception experience for residents, employees, guests and visitors
- Answering phones in a welcoming and professional manner with a resolution approach
- Scheduling and conducting tours for prospective residents and their family
- Welcoming new residents and helping them settle into their room
- Serving as a link between the residents, families and all other roles in the home
- Technologically savvy to support residents and use of CHL apps, communication systems, televisions and display areas
- Responding to resident feedback and complaints, ensuring they feel heard and resolving or escalating as required
- Coordinating with the Regional Welbeing and Leisure Specialists to ensure offerings are in line with policy
- Coordinating and booking external activities and events for the home

To be successful in this role you’ll need

- A heart and passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- Strong customer-centric approach and relationship building skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and coordinate effectively
- Confidence in a front of house role
- To be a person who enjoys engaging with others
- Hospitality background advantageous
- Strong IT skills and ability to demonstrate to others
