About the Role

We're seeking a Scanning Technician Operator to join our team and play a key role in converting paper records into high-quality digital files. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent comprehension skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This position is perfect for university students or individuals seeking flexible, well-paid casual work in a modern, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate high-speed scanners and related equipment to digitise paper records.
  • Prepare, organise, and quality-check documents prior to scanning.
  • Ensure all digital files are complete, clear, and accurately named or indexed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the scanning process.
  • Identify and resolve scanning or file discrepancies.
  • Adhere to company workflows, productivity targets, and quality standards.
  • Assist with occasional data entry or file management tasks as needed.
