About the Role
We're seeking a Scanning Technician Operator to join our team and play a key role in converting paper records into high-quality digital files. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent comprehension skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This position is perfect for university students or individuals seeking flexible, well-paid casual work in a modern, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-speed scanners and related equipment to digitise paper records.
- Prepare, organise, and quality-check documents prior to scanning.
- Ensure all digital files are complete, clear, and accurately named or indexed.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the scanning process.
- Identify and resolve scanning or file discrepancies.
- Adhere to company workflows, productivity targets, and quality standards.
- Assist with occasional data entry or file management tasks as needed.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Windows, file management, etc.).
