We have a great career opportunity for a
**Project Team Administrator **to join one of the largest and busiest groups in the Sydney region. This role will be based from our
**St Leonards office **and see you supporting the Geotechnics and Tunnels group to provide support to the leadership team and project managers across the group.

This role is imperative to the overall success of the group and will require you to collaborate and drive completion of administrative and project related actions in the day to day operations of the team. You’ll also be providing administrative support to the leader/s in the group. Project commercial literacy relating to invoicing, profitability and reporting is required.

- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
- Professional approach and demonstrated ability to perform with a high level of confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and a dedicated approach to resolving problems and queries
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and organise your workload to meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a professional services and/or infrastructure project environment would be highly advantageous
- High-level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office is critical
