**About the role**
As part of Project Cirrus HammondCare is implementing a new electronic care and client management (CRM) solution across its Home Care business to replace the current system and enhance the care provided to the 6,500+ clients we care for.
This exciting new position is offered on a 12 months full-time contract and will assist the Senior Project Manager with program management activity, reporting, communication, and administration during the implementation phase of Project Cirrus.
**Key Focus Areas**
- Provide administration support to the Senior Project Manager, Steering Committee and Working Groups
- Assist in reporting and tracking progress of the Project Cirrus workstreams.
- Other projects as directed.
**About you**
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action.
- Demonstrated track record of successful project management.
- Highly organised and structured ways of working.
- Ability to work to deadlines, sometimes with tight timeframes, and work under pressure.
- Experience in developing content for Executive audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong people skills, ability to influence stakeholders and peers.
**Desirable**
- Prior knowledge of aged care
- Qualifications in project or change management.
- 2 years in a similar role
