**The Role**:
- Our client is a well known reputable financial services organisation, currently undertaking an ERP transformaiton and is on the lookout for a professional and strong communicating IT Project Coordinator
- Day Rate Contract - 12 months
- Hybrid working: Must be able to do 2-3 days in the office per week
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Working alongside the Program Manager, COO and the other Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for;
- Providing information and regular support to stakeholders.
- Being point of contract for various working groups.
- Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes.
- Utilise spreadsheets to track budgets & dates
- Keep the team accountable and manage deadlines
- Take minutes for meetings and assist with adhoc administration
**About You**:
- 2+ years expereince as a Project Coordinator in mid-large size organisations (Banking or Financial Services desirable but not mandatory)
- Relevant project management certifications including Prince2 or PMI are favoured but not essential
- Understanding of the complete project life cycle is essential
- An understanding of Agle methodology highly desirable
- Must be an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
