Our client the NSW government is seeking a Project Administrator/ Manager to join their team

**About the role**:
The government of New South Wales is currently looking for a Project Administrator/Manager to oversee and execute a stimulating project for the Data Collection program. The selected Project Administrator/Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing a range of initiatives as part of the project. In addition, this role will be accountable for ensuring that the project meets identified needs and delivers maximum benefits for the client's system.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and implement the clients project for the Registries and Data Collection program
- Prepare reports, providing information in a form that best meets stakeholder needs to inform project progress, scope development and decision making
- Engage and direct internal and external staff, ensuring compliance with governance and quality requirements, to support the delivery of project in line with agreed project plan, budget, and time frames
- Work collaboratively with the wider team and across the organization to scope the project and define the feasibility of the deliverables
- Complete all required project documentation and manage the delivery of all aspects of project work and implementation
- Ensure stakeholder consultation to ensure the project is a success

**About You**:

- Knowledge of processes and practices required to deliver projects and an understanding of stakeholder relationship management in the client’s system
- Excellent oral and written communication and consultation skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, influence and negotiate with others while building collaborative working relationships with senior stakeholders
