**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support two Senior Executives in our Finance Division.

We are looking for someone to come on Monday - Wednesday on a 0.6 FTE for 12 months to cover a maternity leave. This role will be a job share with another EA.

**Your Impact**

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-quality, timely, professional, and practical administrative support in a fast-paced and complex work environment.

**Your areas of responsibility will include**:

- Proactive diary and calendar management, including negotiating and scheduling meetings juggling very busy diaries
- Building effective relationships with senior stakeholders across the Medibank Group, and building relationships with external stakeholders and other EAs within the business
- Developing, updating, and maintaining administrative systems and documentation, including expense management, leave requests, and job approvals
- Providing team support, including the planning of team events and meetings and assisting with on-boarding and offboarding
- Manage travel when required
- Assist with catering and organising events when required
