**The Opportunity**

This newly created evaluation role will pioneer the internal evaluation approach of Amplar Health to ensure the delivery of quality, efficient and cost-effective programs for our funders and program participants. The role is responsible for development and execution of evaluations of Amplar Health’s prevention programs which sit in our newly created team - Prevention Squad.

The key responsibilities include:

- Establish Amplar Health’s evaluation approach in the Amplar Health Prevention Squad/Hub
- Design, develop and execute evaluations of Amplar Health’s current prevention programs
- Design evaluation frameworks for new Amplar Health prevention programs, including digital and hybrid prevention programs
- Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams in Amplar Health to embed evaluation findings into design and re-design of preventative health programs
- Collaborate with funders to lead and execute funder-led evaluation of programs

For the right person, the role could be based anywhere with flexibility to work in the office or from home as needed.

**About You**

You have a passion for evaluation and its impact on business decisions to improve health outcomes, customer experience, service efficiency and business performance. Additionally, you will bring:

- Key to this role is someone with proven experience in designing and delivering evaluations. experience in setting up an evaluation function will be highly regarded.
- Excellent quantitative analytical capability, including working with large and complex datasets.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights to inform decision-making
- Broad range of evaluation experience across clinical, process and customer experience outcomes
- Excellent project management and prioritisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
- Self-starter approach in driving for outcomes
