**The Opportunity**

To better support the prevention ambition for Medibank, Amplar Health’s Prevention Hub has recently been established.
- Lead end-to-end analysis to inform Amplar Health’s prevention programs strategy
- Drive analyses by formulating and prioritising key analytical questions.
- Identify, procure, and maintain relevant datasets.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive actionable insights.
- Synthesise and communicate findings to influence decision-making.

Reporting into the Prevention Squad Lead, you also will be working closely with other members of the prevention squad/hub, Health operations, Business development, Marketing, customer experience, Frontline teams, Tech & Ops including digital amongst other stakeholders.

**About You**
- Key to this role is someone with extensive experience in analysis and insights, with proficiency in a range of analytical tools and platforms including excel, SAS, Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
- Excellent capabilities working with large and complex datasets.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Excellent project management and prioritisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
- Self-starter approach in driving for outcomes.
