Great Rates $1100 - $1,221 per day;
- Initial 3 Months with prospect of renewal;
- WFH / WFO Hybrid (2 days in office of your choice, rest WFH);
- Dynamic ITIL ITSM Change Environment;
- End-user Organization;
You will be joining a large end-user organisation that is a household brand, with the opportunity to work 2 days in office (Parramatta, City, Homebush, Potts Hill) and rest is work from home.
This is a crucial and senior position in Change Management and end to end change governance within a dynamic ITIL & IT Service Management ITSM Environment.
On average there are about 300 changes to be managed per month across both Information Technology IT, and Operation Technology OT.
You must have ITIL Foundation certification and/or be a practitioner. Ideally you will also have worked with Microsoft’s System Centre Service Manager SCSM toolset and understand it’s limitations.
ServiceNow is highly desirable but not essential.
To be successful for this role,
**your CV will need to reflect on following skill-set**:
- Extensive experience across assessing and delivering change management strategy within large complex organisations.
- Detailed experience in change management governance across large number of Change Requests;
- Experience / exposure to Microsoft service manager toolset;
- Certification and/or practitioner of ITIL Foundation V3;
- Direct experience in large scale business process and system change and transformation management;
- Proven background in providing detailed strategic change plans and schedules;
- Experience in providing impact assessment and Action plans;
- Immaculate command of English language both at verbal and written capacity;
Desirable but NOT essential experience:
- Detailed experience within ITSM / SIAM environments;
- Experience with ServiceNow service management toolset;
- Experience within Operational Technology environments, IoT, asset management, industrial system control environment;
- Experience with one or combination of Remedy, Jira or other Atlassian toolsets;
- Experience within NSW government environment.
