Victoria Police is currently advertising one (1) full-time, ongoing, VPS-2 position within the Whitehorse PSA. As the selected applicant your primary role will be as an Administration/Property Officer providing support to various units within the Box Hill Police Complex. Victoria Police is a contemporary and agile workplace and supports flexible working arrangements. **Your duties will include**: - Perform a variety of computerised activities including date entry, typing and word processing. - Attend enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, provide initial information and advice as required. - Receive, record, and distribute mail and correspondence as required. - Undertake a range of functions around the receipt, management, and disposal of property exhibits and items in accordance with police policy and relevant legislation. **About You**: - Experience in working with computers and systems to perform a range of administrative tasks including record management, data entry and word processing tasks. - Must have the ability to accurately maintain systematic and administrative records. - Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people both orally and in writing. - Prioritisation skills and the ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Be adaptable to change. - Ability to work successfully within a team environment and ability to work independently. **Further Information**: - One (1) full-time, ongoing position available, 20007064. - This position is located at Box Hill Police Complex 1 Kangerong Road Box Hill.
